Community
The TeamSBC community is a place to ask questions, share what you are running, and help shape the project. Whether you are trying your first image or working on a change to the distribution, come hang out with us. Experiences from different devices and setups help us understand what works well and what needs more attention.
Bugs and Feature Requests
Bugs and feature requests should be submitted to the dedicated distribution bug tracker on GitHub. This is also where we track problems with the handbook.
For a bug report, include the device or virtual machine you are using, the TeamSBC variant and image version, and the steps that led to the problem. Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Relevant error messages and logs help others investigate and reproduce the issue.
For a feature request, explain what you would like to achieve and how the proposed change would help. You do not need to have an implementation ready to start the conversation.
Discussions
Longer conversations about project direction, design choices, and proposed changes take place on GitHub Discussions. It is also a place to share your experiences and explore ideas with other people interested in TeamSBC.
You can join the #teamsbc:fedora.im Matrix channel for informal questions and more casual chat.
Contributing
There are plenty of ways to help. You can correct an instruction, document your setup, test an image, report an unclear passage, or work on packages and image definitions. Small improvements are welcome, and sharing what you learned can make getting started easier for someone else.
The TeamSBC project on GitHub is a starting point for exploring the work. If you are unsure where your contribution belongs, ask in the community.
Social Media
Project updates are also published on social media, if that's your preferred way of keeping up. Follow TeamSBC's official accounts:
